About our process of removing lice

The process of lice and nit removal is done in 4 phases, applied in a single visit lasting about 90 minutes in average (this depends on hair length and degree of infestation). A follow-up appointment is scheduled 7 to 10 days after the first one to confirm that no nits were left.

1. Phase One: first action is to check whether there is indeed a spread of lice and determine the degree of infestation.

2. Phase Two: the hair is divided into four sections to begin a vacuum sweep (latest technology for total removal of lice and nits)

3. Phase Three: while retaining the four sections of hair, we’ll begin to pass the steel comb on small sections and carefully remove lice. We do this with the help of powerful lamps, special magnifiers, microscope and magnifying lenses.

4. Phase Four: We dry the hair and comb back a second time with the steel comb with the support of ultraviolet lamps to ensure the complete removal of all nits.

Note that during the whole process we take special care and attention to our customer’s comfort.

To ensure complete cleaning of our customers need an appointment for review within 7-10 days.

Our treatment guarantee complete removal of lice and nits. However, if the patient returns to exposure to the parasite can re-infested. It is important that all the people who have direct contact, to avoid re-infection are reviewed.
